Academic Regalia: You may begin on-line ordering of cap/gown/hood through Josten's. Be aware of ordering deadline to receive your regalia in time for the service. Ordering regalia from Josten's is required if you are participating in the commencement service.

Graduation Announcements and Certificates of Appreciation: Optional, personalized announcements of (not invitations to) graduation as well as Certificates of Appreciation are also available for those who wish to order them from Josten's via the web. Up to three Certificates of Appreciation may be announced at the baccalaureate service on the morning of commencement. Use the Josten's link to order by the stated deadlines. Follow directions on Josten's website to order certificates of appreciation and personalized graduation announcements.

Biographical Data Form is available on the website. This form must be completed and submitted by April 30.  Be sure to indicate if you are in the search process, even if it is not confirmed.  You need not reveal where or other details, just that you are in the process.

The President's office will begin distributing tickets for the commencement service.

All financial obligations to the Seminary must be resolved by this date.

ATS Graduating Student
Questionnaire
: 
All graduating students must complete the online ATS Graduating Student Questionnaire by June 1. (This is different from the exit counseling session required of federal Stafford loan borrowers.)  You will receive the online link by email form the Dean's Office.

Stafford Loan Borrowers must complete the Stafford exit interview process before the end of the semester. Contact the Government Loan Coordinator for further information.

Annual LTS Community Celebration: On the last Tuesday of the spring term, beginning at 4:00 pm, the Seminary community gathers for the presentation of commencement prizes awarded for academic excellence. In addition, light-hearted recognitions of those in the Seminary community and a senior skit will be part of the festivities.

May 10

Senior Retreat and Sending Forth Ceremony (9:00 a.m-3:00 p.m. on the last day of the Spring semester) is mandatory for all Master's candidates for graduation. This is an opportunity for reflection on your years of study at Lancaster Seminary, as well as a time of blessing as you embark on the next steps in your ministry and faith journey. Lunch is included. Anyone who absolutely cannot attend must meet with the Dean of Students prior to the last day of the semester for an exit interview. Complete information will be sent by e-mail from the Dean's office.

Senior grades must be reported by this date. Be sure that all work has been completed and submitted in sufficient time for a final grade to be reported. All incompletes must be resolved by this date.

Attend Commencement Rehearsal at Church of the Apostles (required if you are participating in the Commencement service).

Alumni/ae Luncheon (graduates will receive an invitation from the Alumni/ae Council).

May 18

Attend Senior Worship Service in Santee Chapel, followed by photo of graduates and faculty on the Seminary steps. (Robes and hoods)
