The Rev. Dr. Diane A. Bogues

Senior Director of Joint Seminary Enrollment & Financial Aid

Rev. Dr. Diane Bogues was named senior director of joint seminary enrollment and financial aid for Lancaster and Moravian seminaries in 2021. She joined Lancaster Seminary in 2020 from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago where she had served as director of recruitment since 2018.  She is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. In 2021, she received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, NY, where she worked as a recruiter from 2015-18. She received a Master of Divinity degree in 2003 from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary of Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, where she worked as director of new student recruitment from 2006-2010. Rev. Dr. Bogues also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (1992).

Pamela Y. Greer

Admissions Counselor

Pamela Greer joined the joint seminary recruitment team as admissions counselor based in Lancaster in the fall of 2022. She relocated from Illinois where she worked for 33 years at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, most recently in the Office of Minority Student Affairs.

Pam has a Master of Education with a concentration in History of Education (2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication (1989), both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

She is excited about walking alongside those who are called and interested in receiving a theological education from Lancaster Seminary.
