We offer comfortable and affordable student housing options.

Lancaster Seminary has three residence halls (Nevin Hall, Harner Hall, and Bowman Hall) for students and their families who choose the convenience and affordability of living on campus.

Nevin, Harner and Bowman feature one- and two-bedroom unfurnished apartments with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and private bathroom. The apartments are equipped with a refrigerator and an apartment-sized stove/oven.

Resident housing is limited to degree-seeking students and their families. Ours is a pet-friendly campus and up to two pets are allowed in the residence halls.

The Seminary provides heat, hot/cold water and sewer, trash and recycling. Resident students are responsible for electric, phone and cable TV (if desired). Note that our apartments are not furnished.

Single, furnished semi-private rooms in Richards Hall are available for students who live within commuting distance but who wish to periodically stay overnight on campus. No pets are allowed in the commuter rooms.

There are 26 semi-private rooms that share bathroom with the adjacent room, and 3 rooms with a private bath. Rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk, and chair. In each floor there is a common lounge that has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink  and comfortable seating.
