The Lancaster Seminary’s Seminarian Community Council (SCC) is sponsoring a Prayer Walk, Saturday, Jan. 14, at 12:15pm. Meet the organizers at Santee Chapel on campus.

According to the SCC, “Prayer Walking is prayer with a vision. Prayer walkers pray while keeping their eyes open. What they perceive as they travel through their world become unique prayer triggers or prayer points for them.”

The SCC believes this is one way we can be in solidarity as a campus community for our present and future life together. “As we walk together and pray, we are guided by the Scriptures that encourage us, “…and this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.” 1 John 5: 14-15 (ESV).
