Dr. Douglas is the Dean of the Episcopal Divinity School at Union Theological Seminary in New York where she is Bill and Judith Moyers Chair of Theology.

Dr. Baxter, retired bishop of the Central Pennsylvania Episcopal Diocese, is senior adjunct professor at Lancaster Theological Seminary.
