Daniel Erdman was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico and during high school came to the US, where he completed his college, graduate school and seminary education. His work has included being a high school teacher and chaplain, international activist, youth mentor, non-profit administrator, pastor, and interpreter-translator. He spent four years in Nicaragua with Witness for Peace in the 1980’s and has lived near the US-Mexico border (in New Mexico) for a total of more than three decades.
