Faithful in Divisive Times: March Revival

All are welcome to March revival: Faithful in Divisive Times with Rev. Dr. Yvette Flunder, Presiding Bishop, The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries, and senior pastor of the City of Refuge United Church of Christ, Oakland, California.

The three-day event kicks off Thursday, March 1 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. with worship in Santee Chapel, featuring the Millersville University Gospel Choir with Rev. Dr. Yvette Flunder, preacher. The revival is open to the public at no charge; free-will offerings are welcome.

Friday, March 2 features a panel discussion from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. in Hafer Center on the topic of Power in the Pulpit and the Classroom: Faithful Leadership in Divisive Times. On the panel are: Rev. Tracy Brown, a Mennonite pastor and a doctor of ministry student at Lancaster Seminary, Rev. Lance Mullins, pastor at Wisdom's Table at St. Peter's UCC, Rev. Joe Pritchett, director of Faith & Meaning at Franklin & Marshall College, and Minister Naomi Washington-Leapheart, MDiv '16, Faith Work director, National LGBTQ Task Force.  The worship service from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. with Dr. Flunder as preacher, will be in Santee Chapel.

The revival concludes with a Saturday morning worship service in Santee Chapel at 8:00 a.m.
