A New Day Dawning: Leading the Church Toward the Light

Lancaster Theological Seminary invites pastors, congregations, and denominational organizations to participate in a special free webinar, A New Day Dawning: Leading the Church Toward the Light, on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. This program is designed to equip congregations for robust futures in the midst of significant and ongoing cultural shifts.

The webinar will feature presentations by 12 Lancaster Seminary faculty members including:
• America’s Changing Religious Landscape by Professor of Systematic Theology Lee C. Barrett;
• The Church: Always the Same, Always Changing by Professor of Church History Anne Thayer;
• The Bible as a Dynamic Story of Hope by New Testament Professor Greg Carey and Old Testament/Hebrew Bible Professor Julia M. O’Brien.

Topics also include organizational creativity, adaptive leadership and how to move forward in anxious times.
