Martha MacAdam Named Interim VP Development

Lancaster Theological Seminary Interim President David Rowe has appointed Martha P. MacAdam of Conestoga, Pa., Interim Vice President for Development. A longtime regional fundraising professional, she will lead the Seminary’s fundraising efforts including major gifts and the annual giving campaign to close out the current fiscal year.
Ms. MacAdam has more than 30 years of leadership experience in higher education fundraising and consulting. She served for 13 years, until 2017, at her alma mater Millersville University, most recently as Director of Development. Previously she led fundraising efforts at Brethren Village Retirement and Health Care Community and Franklin & Marshall College.
Ms. MacAdam is a magna cum laude graduate of Millersville University and Harrisburg Community College.
