Rooms for commuter students
Furnished rooms in Richards Hall are available for commuter students who wish to periodically stay overnight on campus. Each floor has a common lounge with a kitchenette and comfortable seating. Most rooms in Richards Hall share a bathroom with the adjacent room. No pets are allowed in Richards Hall.
Richards Hall has fixed cooling and heating systems where the changeover setting from heating to cooling or vice versa is made manually. As the weather begins to grow colder in the fall and warm again in the spring, our facilities team monitors weather forecasts prior to determining when the air is turned from cool to heat and vice versa. We will send an email advising of the switch to heat in the fall and air conditioning in the spring.
