The Frank Stalfa Memorial

The Class of 2014 is proud to support The Rev. Dr. Frank Stalfa Memorial in the Lancaster Seminary Memorial Garden as our gift to the Seminary.

We invite you to contribute to this beautiful memorial designed to honor the memory of Dr. Stalfa, his life and service to the Seminary, and the relationships he built with students during the 25 years he served here.

A plaque will commemorate Dr. Stalfa’s tenure at Lancaster Theological Seminary, and his ashes will be interred here at the convenience of his family. Dr. Stalfa will be the first to be honored in the Seminary Memorial Garden, which will be dedicated in the Fall. The Memorial Garden will be located between Mayer Commons and Richards Hall near the flag pole. The design ideas include a patio ideal for meditation, student gatherings for conversation, or even a fire pit fellowship; curved seating; a stone walkway connecting the meditation area to the sidewalk between Mayer Commons and Lark; and shade plants and large rocks to accent the garden. A formal design plan is expected to be completed soon.

FOR THE PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED, WE NEED TO RAISE AT LEAST $7,000.

Please pray about what you can give to make this beautiful memorial project a reality. Thank you for your generosity.
